What's Cooking for Christmas?
My brined turkey was such a freakin' success on Thanksgiving,
it has been requested by the Family again for Christmas.
What's on your dinner table?

Re: What's Cooking for Christmas?
I pumped out a good turkey last year, but couldn't reproduce it this year .. lol
For the first time in like 12 years, I am going to my moms for dinner, not sure what she has going on the table, but she did give me an impressive liquor list
I love good turkey though.. The one I made last year was the first time I rubbed butter under the skin, but I basted it as well (constantly).. This year I did the same, but did the "self basting" method with bacon.. No where near as good.
