Market Place Rules and Guidelines

All forum rules apply found HERE

No businesses may sell items here, including trades. All businesses must become forum sponsors and post items in the Sponsors Forum (for more info contact the site administrator)

All listings must include pictures, disclose all defects, and divulge ALL details about the item. Item Listing must be accurate.

Private Party Sales Only!
This area is for PRIVATE PARTY sales only, there will be no commercial sales here.
"Group Buys" must be in the Sponsored Sales forum.
All Private Sales Must be posted here. Including items that are "Local Pick-Up Only."
Users that can not comply with this will be temporarily locked out of the forums.

Guidelines:
-Please include a good subject on your ad so people will know what you are selling without having to open each ad.
-Also, include a price in your subject if possible.
-FS = For Sale, WTB = Want To Buy, WTT = Want To Trade
-Include the item location
Example: FS Mohawk Canoe 16' $150 - Miami
-Shipping or Local Pick-Up Only
-Make sure you include a DETAILED description of your product, photos of actual product, and asking price.
-Also, don't forget to provide your contact information! (Email, Phone Number, and Location)

-Please do not reply to a post unless you need more information.

-If you think the price is too high or the product is not to your liking, please do not hassle the seller.

-If you see a post that violates any of the rules,
please report the listing to the Admin or a Moderator

-No Sale Jacking. Please start your own thread.

-If your item is sold, please go back to your original post and edit the subject line and place -SOLD-
Then we will lock it.

- All sales are at the seller's and buyer's own risk. www.floridaoutdoor.net or the Florida Outdoor Forum is not responsible for any transaction between buyer and seller.

- It is recommended that you keep a record of all communications between buyer and seller until both are satisfied with the transaction.

- Please settle disputes between yourselves, it is not the mod's or admin's responsibility to act as a referee if there is a disagreement.
